WELCOME TO THE WOKINGHAM AREA HOUSING SOCIETY WEBSITE

The Wokingham Area Housing Society is a small charitable housing trust which provides independent living for the over 55’s.

The accommodation is in Warren Close and consists of 15 self contained bungalows overlooking open countryside. Each has a separate kitchen and bathroom and benefits from a low cost rent.

The bungalows and landscaped gardens are fully maintained by the Society.

Warren Close is situated on the B3016,on the outskirts of Finchampstead Village approximately three miles south of the Berkshire market town of Wokingham.

Close by are doctor and dental surgeries, a pharmacy, Post Office, local shops and stops for buses to Wokingham and Reading. Crowthorne railway station is two miles away and Wokingham station is three miles away.
